- Your Influencing DNA: How do you influence others? What are your unique strengths? When do you feel comfortable or uncomfortable?
- Effective Influencers: How do you rate Effective Influencers? Why are they effective? What makes them stand out?
- Understanding influencing in business: the main types of influencing and contexts; understanding your circle of influence and techniques on how this can be extended and maintained.
Being the Graceful Challenger
- Learn how to get your message across: harness the power of language and the impact it has on others; appreciate differing personality types, their motivations and their drivers.
- Impactful communication: filtering the message; how others perceive and interpret messages.
- Impactful language: strategies for identifying ways to make distinct and clear messages understood; utilising language to achieve maximum impact.
