Follow Your Dreams

Women do not always live up to their potential. Often they do not even dare to dream. But knowing what you don’t want is not enough; you have to know what you do want.

Often you might feel like you are on a tread-mill and don’t have time to think about where you are going. Take some time out to consider these important life questions.

In a three hour workshop you will identify your own life purpose. Using creative techniques and exercises, you will decide how best to get there using your very own signature strengths. Break-out sessions will identify sticking points, goals and action plans. Follow up coaching sessions over the telephone will keep you on track.

Learning Outcomes:
By the end of the workshop session, you will have:

  • Learned why women ought to claim their potential
  • Have the confidence to ‘go for it’
  • Experienced exercises to understand your own life purpose
  • Understood your own personal strengths

  • Learnt how to put the dream into action

Coaching Outcomes:
