Juggling the need to be respected for your accomplishments and taken seriously in your career can be difficult whilst also retaining a sense of your true self. It can be even more challenging when you are a professional woman working in the male-dominated field of IT. This course will enable its attendees to thrive and develop in such an environment.

Professional women in IT who would like to be more confident and successful within their careers

Improve leadership style by exploring what it means to be a woman working in IT
Become truly comfortable with self-promotion and increased professional visibility
Identify strategies for career enhancement according to values and current options
