Whoever said “change is the only constant” knew what they were talking about! And right now, as the full impact of the global financial downturn begins to bite, the individual, team or company that isn’t facing yet more uncertainty and greater challenges is a very rare one indeed. No wonder resilience has become one of the most sought-after work-life skills for the 21st Century professional. So when was the last time you boosted your resilience tool-kit?

Learning Outcomes:

This half-day workshop will give you the tools to increase your day-to-day resilience, optimism and confidence. It will help you manage the stress of constant change more effectively by giving you the power to confront life’s obstacles and adapt to workplace challenges, emerging as a stronger, more flexible and successful individual as a result.

Working initially with the foundations of resilience and building your own personal ‘resilience bank’, this session gives you the opportunity to understand the impact of beliefs on your behaviour, and learn some hot-seat techniques to take control of negative, unhelpful or destructive thinking patterns. As a result you’ll be better equipped to deal successfully with both planned and unforeseen changes in the workplace.

Although naturally stronger in some personality types, real-time resilience can be learned. So whilst you may not always relish more change, you can learn the cutting-edge skills to survive it and even thrive on it!

Coaching Outcomes:
In two follow-up 45 minute coaching sessions over the phone you will:
• Develop new goals and action plans
• Identify barriers to success
• Feel supported

Your workshop will be facilitated by Bridget Grenville-Cleave
