We will pay your £250 recommendation fee only if your recommended friend is actually placed by womenintechnology and the following conditions must apply:

Your recommended friend must not be already actively looking for work through womenintechnology.
If your recommended friend is placed, they must remain in that position for at least three months.
Your recommended friend must not have been recommended to womenintechnology by someone else in the six months prior to your recommendation.
Your recommended friend must be placed within six months of your recommendation.
