Maggie Berry

  Managing Director
   

Maggie runs womenintechnology.co.uk, a leading online job board and networking forum for women working in the technology profession in the UK. She has been involved since womenintechnology's inception in the autumn of 2004 and manages all aspects of the website and the networking activities womenintechnology organises.

The network now has over 6,000 members and the job board is helping a wide range of investment banks and technology firms to recruit more women into their IT divisions. Her background is in technology recruitment within the financial services where she spent four years as a recruiter with McGregor Boyall Associates. Prior to this she worked for NatWest as a Graduate Banking Manager, providing financial advice to final year university students and graduates. Maggie is a graduate of the University of East Anglia.

 




 

Sarah Lilley

  Marketing & Communications
   
Sarah joined the womenintechnology team in April 2008 to assist in organising the networking events and training sessions which womenintechnology run for female IT professionals. She also manages the website and email communications, and dabbles in graphic design putting together all the event and training course logos and company marketing material.

Sarah is from Scotland and moved down to join the womenintechnology team and enjoy the delights of London. She graduated from the University of Aberdeen in 2006 with an MA in Psychology with Management.

In her spare time Sarah enjoys taking in London's sights, going to the theatre, traveling, cooking and socialising with friends. She has also recently taken up Latin American and ballroom dancing.





 

Claire Goodwin

  Sales Director
   

Claire runs the recruitment team at womenintechnology.co.uk which provides a traditional recruitment service for companies looking to recruit within the technology space. This includes contingency recruitment for mid level and senior IT positions on a contract, permanent and interim basis.

The recruitment service provides clients with the opportunity to access a wider and more diverse talent pool through the use of search and selection methodologies as well as networking through our network and within the wider IT community. While we are best placed to source female talent, our short lists will reflect the diverse make-up of the workplace and will include high calibre male IT professionals.

Claire is an experienced recruiter with six years experience in supplying high end recruitment solutions to leading financial institutions and blue-chip companies.  She is a graduate of the London School of Economics and is also CIPD qualified.





 

Janki Malkan

  Consultant
   
Janki works as a consultant in the recruitment services team at womenintechnology.co.uk - the team provides a traditional recruitment service for companies looking to recruit within the technology space including permanent, contract and interim IT roles.

Janki has 2.5 years recruitment experience - she started in the high-tech sector and then moved to recruit for blue-chip and financial services clients as well as large software vendors. She has mainly worked on roles such as developers, senior business analysts, project or programme managers and senior engagement managers as well as sales and marketing professionals.

She has a diploma in Sales and Marketing Management and a Bachelor of Commerce. She has lived in the UK for nearly four years and loves cooking, films, travelling and catching up with her friends.





 

Berta Lenzano

Berta works is a consultant in the recruitment services team at womenintechnology.co.uk - the team provides a traditional recruitment service for companies looking to recruit within the technology space including permanent, contract and interim IT roles.

Berta has international recruitment experience as she started her career in Spain where she worked in the financial sector. When she moved to UK she started on the marketing side of recruitment and later moved into financial IT recruitment. Her main area of expertise is development, recruiting predominately C++, Java and C# developers. She has a psychology degree and enjoys anything that is related to people. She loves being outdoors, travelling and in her spare time she teaches Spanish.





 

Ailyn Neoh

  Recruitment Consultant
   
Ailyn works as a consultant in the recruitment services team at womenintechnology.co.uk - the team provides a traditional recruitment service for companies looking to recruit within the technology space including permanent, contract and interim IT roles. Ailyn has over five years of recruitment experience gained with an executive search company in Tokyo, Japan as well as working in-house with IBM on their hiring in Malaysia.

Prior to recruitment, Ailyn worked for NCR Corporation in their Financial Solutions Group in a variety of roles including sales, solutions marketing and programme management covering the Asia Pacific region. She studied for her degree, a Bachelor of Commerce, in Australia and enjoys travelling in Europe and Japan.







 

Henny Schipper

  Infrastructure Specialist
   
Henny joined womenintechnology.co.uk in August 2010 bringing with him over six years of city recruitment experience combined with four years of niche infrastructure technology knowledge. A graduate of Oxford Brookes University, Henny's recruitment background has included sourcing for major banking and blue-chip organisations on a contract and permanent basis.

For womenintechnology, Henny will be focusing on increasing the visibility and access to top female candidates within the infrastructure space including programme/project management, storage, platforms, system administration, data centres, networks, desktops, voice, service management and messaging.







 

Shelana Chui


  Administrator
   

Shelana joined the womenintechnology team in March 2008. Her main duty is keeping the job board up to date, but her eagle eye has been invaluable with online user testing, proof reading and various other projects.

In her spare time Shelana enjoys going out with friends, shopping, reading and watching films. She also assists the designer with photoshop as she has a keen interest in photography.
