Maggie runs Women in Technology, a leading online job board and networking forum for women working in the technology profession in the UK. She has been involved since womenintechnology's inception in the autumn of 2004 and manages all aspects of the website and the networking activities Women in Technology organises.
The network now has nearly 7,000 members and the job board is helping a wide range of investment banks and technology firms to recruit more women into their IT divisions. Her background is in technology recruitment within the financial services where she spent four years as a recruiter with McGregor Boyall Associates. Prior to this she worked for NatWest as a Graduate Banking Manager, providing financial advice to final year university students and graduates. Maggie is a graduate of the University of East Anglia.
Anjali has joined Women in Technology as a business development executive and is responsible for building and further developing our customer base for our online job board, events and recruitment services.
Anjali has over four years experience in business development and account management within the IT and publishing domain. In her last role she had the opportunity to build on her knowledge of the UK recruitment industry and will be working alongside Maggie Berry.
Anjali holds a degree in general management and a masters in biochemistry. She loves meeting new people, travelling and watching films.
Lucy has joined the recruitment services team at Women in Technology. Along with Jenny her primary responsibilities include posting new vacancies onto job boards and carrying out candidate searches. Lucy graduated with a degree in History and Politics in 2010. Being relatively new to London she likes to spend her time exploring the city. Lucy is excited to have joined the team and working with them to get more women in technology!
Joanna joined Women in Technology in January 2011 bringing with her over six years of integrated marketing, communications and PR experience from a variety of B2C and B2B industries. She has a particular interest, and has had significant success, in engaging target audiences using digital marketing methods.As Marketing & Communications Manager her role is to support business growth and development through the preparation and execution of marketing objectives and to lead all marketing and communication activity for Women In Technology's services including training courses, networking events and the website. Currently studying for the CIM Professional Diploma in Marketing, she is aiming to reach Chartered Marketer status within the next five years. Joanna speaks Spanish and loves South American and Caribbean culture. She is a big Spurs fan, enjoys cooking, spinning and badminton and has a passion for music, film, fashion and cosmetics.
