Dr Neslyn Watson-Druee CBE, Beacon Organisational Development
Dr Neslyn Watson-Druee CBE is a qualified nurse, midwife, health visitor, higher education teacher, business psychologist and international platform speaker (European Parliament).
She is currently one of 180 women across the UK appointed as a national ambassador for the public sector, following a scheme lead by the former Deputy Minister for Women and Equalities, Maria Eagle.
In this position Neslyn has a focus on increasing diversity in public appointments and she plays a vital role helping people from all backgrounds to apply for positions on public boards.
Neslyn is a trainer of business coaches in Emotional Intelligence and Emotional Capital and a member of the International Women's Forum (UK Member – Nomination Committee Member).
She established the Mary Seacole Leadership Awards through the Royal College of Nursing and developed a mentoring programme for BBC Network radio.
Her consultancy Beacon Organisational Development specialises in transforming people
and organisations to release their intelligence, creativity and vision
through leadership development, executive coaching, performance
management and team development.
