Christina Ioannidis - Aquitude

Christina Ioannidis founder and Managing Director of Aquitude. Aquitude is borne out of Christina’s desire for employees to tap into their unique strengths and talents, including their creativity and intuition, to help achieve success. A Venezuelan – Greek, she is passionate about empowering leadership and diversity within Blue-chip organisations.

Christina boasts a 12-year international career in Telecoms and IT, as well as the fields of retail, voluntary sector, FMCG, and Financial Services. She has delivered projects within the realms of organizational development, human capital management, change management, and strategic marketing. Christina is also a certified NLP practitioner and Executive coach.

Christina is currently working on a book on how organisations can avoid losing their top female talent and ways to tap into it to increase their internal innovation capabilities.
