Stephanie Peckham - Potential P
Stephanie's work and her passion is developing great communicators, leaders, managers, team members and networkers - and building her clients' confidence in their skills and abilities at work.
As a coach, trainer and facilitator she has worked across all sectors and at all levels; from senior police officers to undergraduates, from strategy consultants to council employees, from bankers to sales people. This gives her a wealth of experience to draw from and great opportunities to share learning across organisational cultures.
She founded Potential P Ltd in early 2010 following five very happy and successful years as a Director of
Smarter Networking Ltd
, where the primary focus was on business relationships. She has now returned to concentrate on her original passion – helping people be the best they can be in the world of work and careers - although she continues to design and deliver some of Smarter Networking's training programmes and remains very much committed to making networking effective and accessible to people from all walks of life.
In addition to running Potential P, Stephanie is a Programme Director for Smarter Networking Ltd and Senior Advisor for Q595; she is an Executive Coach at London Business School and works as a freelance consultant for a number of other learning and talent development organisations.
Stephanie is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD and holds an MSc in HR; as well as being a "seasoned networker" she is a qualified performance coach, mediator and an enthusiastic and experienced administrator for a range of personality tools (MBTI, MBTI Step II, 16PF, Belbin and WIS).
