Sue is founder of Eluminas Ltd, an accredited coach and a highly skilled trainer and facilitator. She is also a coach trainer for The Coaches Training Institute (CTI) and delivers Co-Active Coach training for their International Public Programmes.
Sue is committed to facilitating real and sustainable change for individuals, teams and organisations and her particular areas of expertise are working with leaders and their teams to help them to create and sustain peak performance. This includes a focus on clear and open communication, conscious decision-making, and personal leadership and its impact on organisational effectiveness.
Sue brings to her work, her skills in Organisational Systems, Appreciative Inquiry, Solutions Focus Coaching, NLP and Psychometric Assessments, and has extensive experience in designing and leading a variety of development programmes.
Sue blends her learning and development expertise with >20 years experience in the planning, sales and marketing, customer service and business development and has worked for large blue chip organisations (e.g. Whitbread, Compass, Virgin, Granada, and Colgate Palmolive), as well as public sector and charity organisations. Most recently she worked for one of the Virgin companies as a Marketing Director. This gives her valuable insight into the real challenges faced by senior managers in today’s business environment.
Sue has also taught Professional and Personal Development for Managers on the faculty of a London University and is a business mentor for the Princes Trust.
