Course Outline
The Project Management Behavioral Development course weaves together 7 main components:
  • Understanding of a project management behavioral profile
  • Personal behavioral profile report (with a mapping to the project management profile)
  • A high level understanding of how brain activity is related to behavior and attitudes
  • A deep understanding of behaviors and attitudes in relation to project management leadership and management skills
  • A deep understanding of behaviors and attitudes in relation to project management competencies
  • A deep understanding of behaviors and attitudes in relation to project stakeholders
  • Personal behavioral Goals and Action Plan
