Your facilitators:     
Your masterclass will be facilitated by Bridget Grenville-Cleave (MSc MAPP MBA FCCA), and Miriam Akhtar (MSc MAPP), two of the first qualified Positive Psychologists in Europe and founder members of the Centre for Applied Positive Psychology and the International Positive Psychology Association.

With 20 years experience in business, Bridget specialises in organisational and personal change management. She is co-author of The Happiness Equation: 100 Factors which Can Add to or Subtract from Your Happiness, and The Facebook Manager: the Psychology and Practice of Web-based Social Networking. Miriam designs and delivers positive psychology programmes for the public sector and coaches people on a one-to-one basis. She co-presents the self-help CD, The Happiness Training Plan and is one of the keynote speakers at the 2010 Bristol Happiness Lectures.

Both Bridget and Miriam are regular contributors to Positive Psychology News Daily, the world's first online journal devoted to applied Positive Psychology.
